Buying an old 2008 Touareg, can be quite the gamble, especially when buying from a shady 2nd hand dealership. However knowing the car from having previously owned one, I was prepared to have to get some stuff fixed. I looked online for the best certified VW service option, and I ended up going with H.J. Pfaff Volkswagen, to help me get my newly purchased "old" Touareg V8 fit for fight.From the first contact, showing up in the shop, talking to Emerson (Service Advisor), I felt that I had come to the right place. They offered very qualified feedback and expertise, we decided on the stuff that needed to be fixed, and what I was going to leave out, and I turned in my car.I decided to wait in their luxurious waiting area, and helped my self with free wifi, coffee and TV. After half a day, it turned out that additional work had to be done fixing a broken air suspension. Therefor they gave (did cost me a symbolic price) me a nice new car to drive home in, and in addition they were super fair and did not charge me for hours that was spent troubleshooting on stuff they could not fix.I chose to invest into fixing most of the stuff found by Emersons people in the shop, I ended up having to wait the rest of the week to get my car back. Still super happy with my almost free renting car, I got my own car back and as they always do, it was clean and washed.I had to come back a week later, for a quick fix on a part that had to be ordered online, but again this was no hassle.All throughout the process, Emerson has been good at following up on e-mail and phone calls, and I look forward to use H.J. Pfaff Volkswagen for any further repairs or service on my 2008 V8 Touareg.
For the past 5 years I have been dealing with Pfaff VW for warranty and service until I became a casualty of the TDI scandal. They supported me all the way until I made the decision of trade it in.Their service department is great, super polite and extreeemely patient with very picky customers like me. Even after warranty they helped me big time. Starting with Michael Schmidt, service manager, Dan, Emerson, Debbie and former service specialist and now sales specialist Daniel Montesanti, who kindly helped me through the purchasing of the new vehicle along with his team. Just purchased a Pre-owned Passat from Jason Auger. 5 star experience from start to finish. He replied to my email my 7am, had the car spotless and out front when I arrived and was very honest and knowledgeable about the history and condition as this was an "AS- IS" car. The car is GREAT. The price was BEST in the city. Ask for him - you won't be disappointed!

PFAFF always delivers a 5-Star service experience. Dan Arent and the other Service Advisers are easily contacted, they communicate well and follow-up on status and the entire Tech team is top knotch. Have had my Passat serviced for the past 5 years with PFAFF and that is one of the main reasons why the vehicle has over 440,000 km's on it (with the original 2.0T motor and 6-speed automatic transmission) and is still going strong!

Always had a great experience when coming here, my jetta has always been serviced here, and at 270k its still running strong. Everyone is great but Dan is the best, look out for him in service.
Pfaff VW is great all around. Ive bought 3 great cars from them. Their sales team is knowledgeable and relaxed. They leave you alone if you are just looking around but are always very responsive when you have questions.Pfaff's service department is amazing too. They are thorough and honest and have squeezed me in for service on busy days even without an appointment.
